Last Thursday was science day and we were up to all sorts of winter experiments with Holly. We learnt about how animals keep warm in the winter by covering our plastic gloved hands in butter and putting them in ice water! We made thermometers, built igloos and did lots of rain, ice and snow experiments. Needless to say the shaving foam ended up in lots of creative mess! As the weather was sunny everyone headed outside to the gardens for lunch, followed by activities in the playpark.
